FEE: Dana is an ancient Pali word meaning “giving” or “gift.” Dana is at the heart of the 2,500 year old Buddhist tradition. Going back to the days of the Buddha, he and the monastic community offered the teachings freely to lay people, as a form of dana. In turn the lay community, through their generosity, or dana, ensured that their teachers’ basic needs for food, clothing, shelter and medicine were provided.

Kimberly Beaudoin
With a background in education, Kimberly approaches her yoga instruction from the perspective of a gentle mentor, inviting her students to be curious about discovering their many potential gifts and layers. Being and avid traveler, Kimberly has taught and studied in a variety of different countries and cultures, all of which have contributed to her offering of yoga and meditation, both on and off the mat. Combining asana, pranayama, meditation and mindful awareness practices, Kimberly offers a dynamic practice that invites one into a state of peace and presence.
Kimberly is an E-RYT 200, a trained elementary and high school teacher, and an ongoing student of The American Academy of Vedic Studies. Kim completed her teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, and has continued her studies of Yoga and Ayurveda with various teachers in both Canada and South East Asia.
Massage Treatments
Fusion Thai Massage: is a unique style of Thai massage combining traditional methods, Dynamic Thai Massage and Osteopathic techniques.
From Traditional Thai Massage, we utilize accupressure techniques on the energy lines using hands, elbows, knees and feet, along with varied powerful stretches inspired by Yoga. Dynamic Thai Massage is used to bring movement and rhythm into the massage making it into a sacred dance that will promote full relaxation of body and mind. Osteopathic techniques help bring back mobility to joints that have become blocked over time.
The session will invite you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, aligned and open in both body and mind.Just 20 minutes outside of Windsor, the weekend will be held at the beautiful Voyage to Betterment Lakefront Resort/Spa in Russell Woods. The weekend will focus on the practice of Metta, desigened to cultivate loving-kindness and acceptance within.
Through gentle support and guidance, our intention is to discover and unveil the love, compassion, joy, and equanimity within us all. Eating delicious food Mindfully, receiving massage with receptivity to touch, moving your body with affection and care, and sitting in meditation with the beautiful being within...these are all practices of Metta that we invite you to join.
