Please note that I also teach a drop-in weekly meditation class on Tuesdays from 12:15-12:45 same location and it's by donation. FEE: Each 8-week program is $475 and includes 22 hours of program time + reading material. Extended health benefits may cover a portion of your fee - please check with your provider to see if your plan includes counselling with a registered social worker.

Participants who attend each week and complete up to 20 minutes of daily practice - consistently report feeling more peaceful and more able to manage stress and anxiety.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation with at least 14 days notice will receive a refund, less a $50 administration charge, or receive a credit, less a $25 administration charge. Switch your registration to another program or individual appointments in the same season (no administration charge).
Cancellation with fewer than 14 days before the beginning of the workshop/retreat/group date and receive a credit, less a $50 administration charge. Switch your registration to another program or individual appointments in the same season (no administration charge).
Cancellation with fewer than 1 business day before the workshop (or non-attendance at workshop/retreat/group), please contact me within seven days after the program date to receive a 50% credit toward future workshops.
If you do not contact me within seven days after the start of the program - there is no refund - nor is there a credit toward any future programs.
